Accidental Terms & Conditions

1. Accidental Purchase

  • Customers who accidentally purchase the wrong painting must notify Welldonespace within 2 hours of payment via email or WhatsApp.

  • Once the digital painting has been delivered, no changes, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted.

2. Accidental Delivery Issues

  • If a digital painting is delivered to the wrong email/WhatsApp ID due to incorrect details provided by the customer, Welldonespace will not be held liable. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate contact information at the time of purchase.

  • If the error occurs from our side, the correct painting will be re-sent at no extra cost.

3. Accidental Use of Travel Package

  • If a customer books a travel package but fails to show up (no-show), the booking will be considered redeemed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • If a customer accidentally books the wrong date, a one-time rescheduling may be allowed (subject to availability and minimum 72-hour advance notice).

4. Accidental Damages During Travel

  • Welldonespace is not responsible for any accidental damages, loss of personal belongings, or injuries during travel or hotel stays.

  • Guests must follow all rules and policies of our partner hotels, resorts, and cab providers.

5. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events

  • Welldonespace shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by accidents, natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

  • In such cases, customers may be offered a reschedule (subject to partner terms and policies).
