Since our paintings are delivered in digital format, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable once the artwork has been delivered via Email or WhatsApp.
Travel packages can be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date.
Reschedule requests are subject to availability at our partner hotels and resorts.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the booking date) will not be eligible for rescheduling.
