Refund & Reschedule Policy

Refunds

  • Since our paintings are delivered in digital format, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not applicable once the artwork has been delivered via Email or WhatsApp.

Reschedule

  • Travel packages can be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date.

  • Reschedule requests are subject to availability at our partner hotels and resorts.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the booking date) will not be eligible for rescheduling.
