- Delivery of Digital Art Paintings All digital art paintings will be delivered via email or WhatsApp to the contact details provided at the time of purchase. Delivery will be completed within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation. Customers are requested to ensure that their email ID and WhatsApp number are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
- Travel Package Assurance. Each purchase of a digital painting includes an assured travel package as mentioned in our offer details. The travel package date can be rescheduled with prior notice of at least 15 days before the original date of travel.Any rescheduling is subject to availability and company confirmation.
- Return & Exchange Policy As our products are digital goods, once purchased, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Travel packages are also non-refundable, but the date of travel can be modified with due notice (minimum 15 days prior).
